Qualifications:
- BSc, B.Com, BA, or Diploma (12+3 years education)
Experience:
- 0 – 1 Year

- 6 to 12 months Back Office experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day back office and web support via email and portals
- Manage personal and customer support inbox efficiently
- Process service orders and maintain accurate records in the system
- Track customer orders and provide timely resolution
- Communicate with team members and update issue status
- Follow schedules, shift timings, and service level agreements
- Identify customer issues and provide proper solutions
- Handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Good typing speed (Minimum 35 WPM with 92% accuracy)
- Good computer knowledge
- Ability to write professional emails
- Knowledge of order tracking and documentation (Preferred)
Communication Skills:
- Good English writing and comprehension
- Ability to understand customer requirements

- Flexible to work in shifts (including US shifts)
