Job Overview:
We are hiring a Network Engineer to manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, networking systems, CCTV, and access control solutions. The role also includes client support, coordination, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure & maintain routers, switches, firewalls, servers, CCTV & access points
• Configure and manage firewalls (Sophos & pfSense)
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN & network security
• Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure uptime
• Handle CCTV surveillance & access control systems
• Provide L1/L2 technical support and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs & OEMs
• Maintain IT asset and network documentation
Preferred Skills:
• Strong networking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Sophos & pfSense
• Experience in IT infrastructure & surveillance systems
• Basic knowledge of IT solution selling
• Good communication and coordination skills
