Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and plan maintenance activities through EAM systems
• Schedule routine and remedial maintenance work for technicians
• Manage technician work queues to ensure maximum equipment availability
• Update technician rosters in the workforce management system
• Track parts orders for routine maintenance repairs
• Handle internal customer escalations and enquiries
• Manage time and resources effectively while following shift schedules
• Support smooth maintenance operations across the Tesco estate
Preferred Candidates: Candidates with knowledge of retail equipment maintenance, asset management systems, and strong planning and analytical skills.
