- Review adverse events (AE), serious adverse events (SAE), and SUSAR cases
- Conduct duplicate checks and validate safety data
- Perform medical coding using MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries
- Draft case narratives and process pharmacovigilance reports
- Monitor safety mailboxes and reconcile pharmacovigilance data
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client SOPs
