About the Role – Manager, Change Management
RTX Enterprise Services Project Management Office (ESPMO) is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management efforts for strategic and complex initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic change management plans that drive measurable business value.
- Assess stakeholder needs and design scalable engagement strategies.
- Partner with leadership to deliver effective communication and education programs.
- Drive change readiness activities using key metrics and insights.
- Build visibility and understanding of Enterprise Services initiatives among employees, partners, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, HR, Communications, or related).
- 8+ years of experience in large-scale change management initiatives.
- Functional consulting experience in change management.
- Knowledge of industry-leading methodologies (certification preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- PROSCI or CCMP certification.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives in fast-changing environments.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and align priorities.
- Proven success in engaging senior leadership and diverse audiences.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to design program frameworks.
