In the first 2 months selected candidates will work in a probationary period. In the probationary period employees will get ₹15,000 – 20,000 per month. After the probationary period if the employee successfully completed his training then the candidate will be appointed for permanent staff for the company with the CTC ₹3,20,000 – 6,00,000 per year. So in the probationary period employees must give their best performance.
Required Qualification and Skill Set
Qualification: Any Graduation
Skill Set: English Written, English Speaking, Proficient in MS-Excel
Other Skills: Training Skill, Must be excellent teacher, Knowledge of the relevant field.
Key responsible of the Business Development Executive Job
- Drive sales of the institute’s internship and industrial training programs
- Working on taking reviews over calls and responding to the coming emails from enrolled students’ side
- Resolving student queries
- Working on lead production
