Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Applying candidates for the role of Air Traffic control,  must reach these below conditions.

• Candidates must complete their full time regular graduation in B.Sc with physics and mathematics from the recognized ( by govt. of India ) / Deemed university or from an apex institution.
• Candidates should get the pass marks in Bachelors Degree.
• Candidates from B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc.(Engineering) degree are allowed to apply
• Candidates must have the spoken and written proficiency in English. Preferably pass English subject in 10^th or 12^th standard.
• Departmental candidates are eligible to apply only if they obtain a degree from part-time / correspondence / distance education mode.

Age limit

According to the AAI Recruitment 2025 notification, for the Air Traffic Control job role applying candidates do not exceed the age limit 27 years as on 24-05-2025.

Remuneration:

Selected candidates for the junior executive job role’s salary range from Rs.40000- 3%-140000. As per AAI selected candidates additional pay include  Dearness allowance + Perks @ 35% of basic pay + HRA and other benefits like CPF, GRatuity, social security schemes,  medical benefits etc are admissible.

Important Instructions:

• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for the job role.
• Final semester / final year candidates on the cut-off date are allowed to apply.
• Candidates must submit the OBC (NCL) certificate only issued during the financial year 2025-2026.
• OBC (Non creamy Layer) Certificate issued for appointment to the posts under the state government will only be considered
• Candidates are advised to submit  the EWS certificate of the financial year 2025-26.
• Applying candidates must submit the SC/ST and Disability Certificate issued on or before 24-05-2025 by the competent authority.
• For certificates issued in any language other than Hindi/English, translated copy of the same duly attested by Notary is to be submitted
• Percentage of marks must be specified in the relevant column of application only CGPA/OGPA/DGPA/CPI etc.
• Candidates is advised to consider or respond only the detailed advertisement in AAI website www.aai.aero
• Candidates are instructed to apply online using the official link  www.aai.aero under the Careers.
• Incomplete applications are not considerable.
• Candidates must have their valid and active email-id and contact number. This must be active until the candidate’s final selection.
• Only recent photo of the candidate will be considered (not more than 3 months old)

Steps to apply for AAT ATC Recruitment 2025

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria are advised to read the below listed instructions while applying. 

• Applicants can apply through online by visiting the official AAI website
• Register with the active and valid email-id and mobile number.
• Upload documents and Fill up the online application form with the relevant information.
• Pay the application fee through a given online payment method.
• Finally submit the form. If necessary you can take the printout.

Application Fee:

Application Fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) (inclusive of GST) is to be paid by the candidates through online mode only. 

However, the SC/ST/PWD candidates/ Apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI/ Female candidates are exempted from payment of Fee.

 

Selection Procedure:

Selection of the candidates is measured according to the candidates performance in the Computer Based Test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Application Verification/ Voice Test/ Psychoactive Substances Test/ Psychological Assessment/ Physical Medical Examination/ Background Verification (as applicable for the post).
