Job Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized solutions
• Achieve store sales targets and increase average transaction value
• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to drive sales
• Handle customer concerns and provide effective resolutions
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits
• Ensure compliance with store SOPs and operational guidelines
• Support store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Train and mentor new team members
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies
Additional Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Age: 18–32 Years (Preferred below 35 years)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Experience in cash handling and inventory management
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail technologies
• Understanding of visual merchandising principles
• Positive attitude and excellent presentation skills
• Flexible to work in varied shifts
