• Maintain IT security including encryption, patches, Qualys Guard, and Workspace ONE (WS1)
• Administer Windows services such as SCCM, WSUS, DHCP, DNS, and Antivirus solutions
• Manage Zscaler proxy and telecom service providers
• Lead, mentor, and train team members in technical and soft skills
Additional Requirements:
• Strong networking and infrastructure management skills
• Experience in IT service management environment
• Leadership and team mentoring abilities preferred
