• Conduct preventive maintenance and infrastructure health checks
• Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues
• Prepare installation reports and maintenance documentation
• Follow company and customer safety guidelines during field visits
• Provide technical support and basic user training at customer locations
• Travel to assigned customer sites as required
