Eligible Qualification: ITI in Electrician, Wireman, or a relevant trade.
Eligibility: Candidates with any level of experience can apply. Applicants must possess a valid two-wheeler and should be willing to travel to field locations. Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and capable of completing assigned work efficiently. The age limit is 20–35 years. Only male candidates are eligible to apply. No English language proficiency is required.
Required Skills: Electrical wiring and installation, solar panel installation, inverter installation and maintenance, basic electrical troubleshooting, field service operations, time management, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.

Roles & Responsibilities: Install and fix solar panels at customer and project locations. Carry out inverter installation and electrical connections. Ensure the proper functioning of solar systems after installation. Assist in maintenance and servicing of solar energy systems. Perform electrical wiring work according to safety standards. Travel to assigned sites using a personal two-wheeler. Reach project locations on time and complete tasks within deadlines. Coordinate with supervisors and team members during installations. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times. Deliver work in a responsible and professional manner and ensure quality workmanship during every installation. Report technical issues and site challenges promptly while maintaining a positive attitude with customers and colleagues.
Selection Process: Phone Call Interview, Onsite Interview, and Final Selection.
